From April 15 to September 15, 2024, the Triennale Milano is presenting the exhibition: Inga Sempé: La casa imperfetta. Curated by Marco Sammicheli, Director of the Museo del Design of the Triennale Milano, the exhibition opens to coincide with the museum’s programming for Milan Design Week 2024.

“I see my quest as building emotional connections with objects as a strategy for sustainability,” writes Mallorca-based artist Sylvia Sánchez Montoya. TLmag spoke to Montoya about her work, including her series titled Moiras and her recent performance and exhibition of this work in Colombia.

A complete monograph of the French sculptor Pierre Sabatier will be released on April 24th 2024. A passion project initiated by Sabatier’s children and wife, the book features an extensive range of archival photography as well as texts by experts in the field.

For TLmag39: The Culture of the Object, Adrian Madlener wrote about Alice Stori Liechtenstein’s curatorial vision for Schloss Hollenegg, the 12th century castle that she shares with her family in the Southern Austrian countryside, and which features an annual design exhibition and residency program. In 2023, she presented an exhibition on glass titled, “Ashes + Sand”. On May 4th, 2024, they will open “Wood Land”, an exhibition that will focus on the forest and its primary resource, wood.

PAD Paris returns to the Tuileries for the 26th edition of this collectible art and design fair. The fair is on view between April 3-7, 2024.

The Die Neue Sammlung – The Design Museum in Munich presents “Wearables”, an exhibition of work by Norwegian artist Sigurd Bronger. The exhibition opened during Munich Jewellery week in March and will be on view through June 2, 2024.

La Patinoire Royale Bach, a contemporary gallery founded by Valérie Bach nearly 10-years ago, opens its 2024 season with an important exhibition of early works by seminal California Light & Space Artist, Lita Albuquerque. The exhibition, installed in the nave of the large gallery space, is on view through April 13th.
