Architecture During Art Symposium at the Laufen Forum
For those of you in Basel this evening — Thursday, 16 June — Laufen is pleased to present the Architecture during Art Symposium to complement this week’s art and design activities. Developed in cooperation with the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia, the collateral event will offer insight into digital fabrication and new building technologies. The panel discussion will explore this timely topic from the perspective of art, architecture, and design, from the relationship between research and architectural practice to interdisciplinary collaboration between the professions.
The distinguished participants include Benjamin Dillenburger and Christian Kerez of ETH Zurich and Brazilian architect Ruy Ohtake, alongside moderators Anh-Linh Ngo, Editor of ARCH+, and Sandra Oehy, art historian.
Architecture during Art will take place this evening at the Laufen Forum. Continuing its tradition of supporting the arts, the Swiss company is looking forward to a stimulating discussion about the future of design.
