Stefano Salis

Stefano Salis writes regularly on books, art, design and bibliophilia. He is currently the editor-in-chief of the op-ed section of Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy’s leading financial newspaper. He is also a staff writer and has a regular column (“Mirabilia”) in their Sunday Literary Supplement. He sits on several juries of important literary prizes in Italy, such as Berto, Comisso, Dessì and the new Costa Smeralda Prize.  In addition, Salis has written or curated books on Franco Maria Ricci, Piero Fornasetti, and Andrea Camilleri. His new book, Sulla scacchiera, is translated in English as Chess and Brain.
