Queen of Pearls by Johny Dar debuted at Berlin Fashion Week
During the Berlin Fashion Week, Fashion designer Johny Dar presented his latest avant-garde Queen of Pearls collection for Dar Couture at Dar Gallery. Heading the collection, a sculptural dress – bearing the same name as the collection – composed entirely of beads and crystals from Preciosa – know worldwide for producing high quality pearls and crystals. With his approach, Johny Dar shows how he can push new border between fashion and design.

This crystallized and sculptural garment results from more than 300 hours of the designer’s hard work – manually placing each pearl. Like many of his collections, Johny Dar has already received many accolades for his latest efforts. Queen of Pearls is already estimated at around € 927,000.00 and has already graced the pages of fashion magazine’s like Madame, Haper’s Bazaar Germany and GQ Germany.
