This fall, Paul Kasmin Gallery is pleased to present a trio of exhibitions at as many locations in Manhattan. Different though they may be, each one is worth visiting if you are in New York City this holiday season.

For his second solo exhibition with Paul Kasmin, Iván Navarro continues his investigation into power, migration, and propaganda, through light, sound, and language. On view at 293 Tenth Avenue until 23 December, Mute Parade comprises several of the Chilean-born artist’s multimedia sculptures, including the labyrinthine new installation “Impenetrable Room”. The work typically takes the form of light and mirrors, complemented by silence, stillness, and text to achieve a highly subjective experience.

Meanwhile, at 297 Tenth Avenue, Paul Kasmin presents Claude Lalanne: Bijoux, the first exhibition of the artist’s jewelry in the United States. Employing techniques from Renaissance life-casting to contemporary processes, the French artist demonstrates a gift for crafting flora and fauna in bronze, silver, and gold. Spanning four decades of work, it marks the largest exhibition of the Lalanne’s wearable artworks to date and is on view until 23 December.

Lastly, the space at 515 West 27th Street has been transformed into a homage to Impasse Ronsin. Formerly the home to the studios of numerous 20th-century artists, the historic Parisian alley is most closely associated with Constantin Brancusi. In addition to pieces by Brancusi and his neighbors — such as William N. Copley, Max Ernst, Yves, Klein, Les Lalanne, Larry Rivers, Niki de Saint Phalle, Jean Tinguely, and more — the Noguchi Museum has created a special installation by the Noguchi Museum, Impasse Ronsin is on view until 14 January, 2017.
