For their 7 th year of partnership, Audi Talents Awards supports DDays Festival from 1 to 7 June, 2015, in Paris. The program Audi Talents Awards distinguishes, since 2007, artists in the fields of contemporary art, short film, music to the image and design. For the opening of the 15th anniversary of the Festival, on Monday 1 June, it will be the unique opportunity for Audi Talents to announce its 2015 winners and its participation to the Think Life – The International Design Forum – during the DDays.

At the same time, the winner 2014, Alexandre Echasseriau, will present three projects – OVI-One, Marble Sound System,  Ipad Cover – from the Tryptic series. This series presents a cross between the skills of artisans, laboratories and companies.

Ovi-one – a helmet designed by 95% pure wool – combines the expertise of a hatter and expertise of a bio-chemist waiting of sheep’s wool.

Marble Sound System – between sculpture and design-object – combines the knowledge of an acoustician, a mason and an optics researcher.

For the Ipad Cover project, it was the meeting between the skills of a tattoo artist, the leather embossing the technique and a 3D printing machine.

All these projects will take place at Le Musée des arts et métiers in Paris from 27 May to 7 June, 2015. And Audi Talents Awards will be present at Think Life – The International Design Forum from 4 to 7 June, 2015
