Alain Gilles is pleased to unveil several new projects at the Salone del Mobile in Milan next week. From the “Chubby” stool for Verreum — a tapered, frosted-glass base capped with a textile cushion — to the garden-tool-inspired “Link” table for Varaschin, they showcase the breadth of the Brussels-based designer’s practice. The “New Perspective” mirror collection, characterised by cheeky graphics, is one of three new pieces for Bonaldo, presented alongside the “Mass” table and “Frame” sideboard collection. And following its debut in London, the “X-Ray” sofa collection will be on view at the La Chance stand at the Fiera.
