In the upcoming solo show between the 27 and 30 March at Design Shanghai 2015, Louise Alexander Gallery will showcase works by internationally renowned artist and designer, Arik Levy who has gained global recognition with his contemporary art and collectable design. He continues to contribute substantially to our interior and exterior milieu, his work including public sculpture, as well as complete environments that can be adapted for multi use. Artist, technician, photographer, designer, filmmaker, Levy’s skills are multi–disciplinary and his work can be seen in prestigious galleries and museums worldwide. Best known publicly for his sculptures – such as his signature Rock pieces like the RockGrowth with TF Magazine and in front of the Atomium in Brussels – , his installations, limited editions and design.

During Design Shanghai 2015, Arik Levy will show another facet of his creativity and confirms his talent as one of the most prolific artists and designers of his generation, with a body of work encompassing design, sculpture, film-making, painting and installations. Indeed he will be a speaker during the fair.

Here is a video of the installation of the sculpture RockGrowth in front of the Atomium in Brussels for the ArtView exhibition: a vision of contemporary art. The original ambition of ArtView was to look to the contemporary art lovers Both as well as to the creators.
