Monastier di Treviso-based manufacturer Arper continues to develop furniture solutions for both the home and office with several new tables and substantial updates to its best-selling Catifa family, all designed by Barcelona-based studio Lievore Altherr Molina, as well as the extension of recent collections.

Introduced at the Salone del Mobile, the “Meety” collection comprises a highly adaptable system of tables. Characterized by its thin, cast-aluminum legs, it is expressly designed to complement chairs in the Catifa family.

The ultraminimal “Wit” table is available with a circular, square, or rectangular top, the latter set on two legs instead of one, an X-shaped foot marking the base of each one. The “Yop” table comes in a similar variety of shapes and sizes, but is distinguished by its ability to fold for storage purposes, suited for commercial and residential spaces alike.

The graphically inclined “Parentesit” collection of decorative modular wall panels has been expanded to include freestanding elements, as well as the options for built-in speakers and ambient lighting.

As for Lievore Altherr Molina’s wildly successful Catifa family, the Catifa 46 chair sees a new palette — rosé, petrol, yellow, ivory, and smoky gray — which can be applied in mono- or duochromatic combinations to the exterior shell and seatpad, expanding the versatility of the slim silhouette. The Catifa 53, on the other hand, is now available in matte plastic or leather finish,

Meanwhile, the Antti Kotilainen-designed “Aava” collection grows with a stool and additional options such as armrests and cushions. Jean-Marie Massaud‘s “Steeve” modular seating system sees a new aluminum base, emphasizing its sense of lightness.
