Award-winning Swiss high-end bathroom solution manufacturer Laufen debuts Impressões of a Change, 2015 Brazil: Verse and Reverse during Art Basel/ Design Miami/ (3 – 5 December). This very Brazilian showcase brings together the prowess of 10 local designers and architects, who were given free rein to employ ultra-thin SaphirKeramik washbasins as blank canvas for personal and interpretive motifs, indicative of their culture. This installation will be accompanied by a multidisciplinary panel discussion on Friday 4 December. Speakers and contributing designers in their own right Jader Almeida, Patricia Anastassiadis,Antonio Ferreira Jr., Expo Revestir director Lauro Andrade and Laufen Product / Marketing director Marc Vairdot will join moderator Mara Sartore – My Art Guides Editor in Chief – for a discussion exploring how the challenging Brazilian economic climate has effected its artistic community.

Impressões 2015 Brazil: 3 – 5 December: Laufen’s Miami Ironside Showroom: 7610 NE 4th Ct, Miami

Panel: 4 December, 19:00, followed by the Campus Collective: Design Escape Part, till midnight, RSVP for both events required before 3 December.
