With a sharp eye for curation and research, COLLECTIBLE offers a unique platform for discovering contemporary design around the globe. With over 100 exhibitors curated by a committee of industry leaders including Aric Chen, Isis-Colombe Combreas, Pierre Jorge Gonzalez and Judith Haase, COLLECTIBLE features unique pieces, limited editions and new collections and special installations, making it an essential design fair for discovery and inspiration.  Through its MAIN & BESPOKE sections, the core of their structure, emerging and established design names are presented through international galleries and design studios. The NEW GARDE section features new galleries, project spaces and collectives, giving an important place to up and coming players in the field. ARCHITECT & DESIGNER is a dedicated platform for architects and interior designers to show recently developed projects in furniture design. DIALOGUE invites galleries to exhibit works from the 80s and 90s, in conversation with contemporary pieces; The CURATED section will be led by Lebanese, Rotterdam-based curator and educator, Rawad Baaklini and will be titled ‘A Public Display of Affection’. For the first time, the fair introduces an OUTDOOR section of a dozen select pieces curated by landscape designer, Bas Smets, located on the 5th floor of the Vanderborght Building.

While COLLECTIBLE is a design fair, it is also about experience, which is reinforced through special installations and scenography. Highlights include: a site-specific work in the atrium of the building by Frederik Molenscho, a new collection of furniture by Lionel Jadot and Serban Ionescu and Damien Gernay, using Mycelium, a presentation of Contemporary Ukrainian Design curated by Victoria Yakusha in connection with her gallery FAINA, Paris-based publishing house WE DO NOT WORK ALONE, invited Ker Xavier to design a special tote bag for COLLECTIBLE, and a kids corner, created by Lchaert Dhanis in partnership with Artectera will include an educational tour and workshop. Spazio Nobile Gallery will be participating with a special installation titled: Good Luck! New Experiments, featuring work by Audrey Guimard Foyer Brise Didi NG Mathieu Peyroulet Liu-Chien Kuang Jacqueline Surdell Fenna van der Kei Isaac Monte Quentin Vuong.

In February, COLLECTIBLE also opened its first permanent space in the heart of Brussels, with a show curated by Laurine Abreu, editor of MilK Decoration, dedicated to tableware. This space will not only feature special exhibitions but will host dinners and events and unique experiences all connected to contemporary design.
