Heimtextil, the fixed point for the global carpet industry
“Even bigger, more international and even higher quality”, is how the relatively new product group will be represented at Heimtextil 2025. The Carpet & Rugs segment will be stronger than ever presented in Frankfurt, making it the professional hub for the industry. Compared to last year’s edition, twice as many exhibitors will be exhibiting in two completely sold-out halls. The strength of the Belgian carpet industry is also reflected in this growth: a total of 15 Belgian companies will be present across Hall 5.0 and Hall 5.1, namely Ragolle Rugs, Balta, Euro-Tapis NV, Verbatex Interior Textiles, Kovantex, Vandewiele, – Flemish Textiles Company Belgium, Broucks nv, Vanhoutte Carpets nv, Associated Weavers, Aarova vzw, EOC Belgium, Louis De Poortere sa, Mercury Flooring and Fedustria. Visitors can find a wide range of high-quality hand-woven and machine-woven carpets. The foyer between halls 5 and 6 will again host the Carpet Lounge, where you can find unique pieces from the participating carpet companies. At the ‘Belgian Textiles powered by Fedustria’ installation, around 15 well-known Belgian carpet companies will stage a unique joint presentation curated by the textile federation Fedustria.
Benvenuto, Alcova Milano – a new design platform which will be rethinking the trends of 25/26
Hall 3.0 is home of the Heimtextil Trends 25/26, which will this year be curated by the design platform Alcova from Milan. Under the motto “Future Continuous”, past textile trends are innovatively intertwined with future trends. Thanks to these trends, textile is given a voice and will get a new perspective where the past and future of the textile industry go hand in hand.
Reinforcement of Heimtextil’s design expertise together with Patricia Urquiola’s Among-us
For the first time at Frankfurt-am-Main: the prestigious interior design installation by Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola. With this brand new partnership, Heimtextil brings to the stage an innovative, sustainable, and visionary focus in textile design altogether with the collaboration of Patricia’s Studio Urquiola. The installation including products from the exclusive linen, bathroom textiles, bedspreads, and home accessories, will shape the future of interior design concepts in hospitality and retail while encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices and regenerative materials in the textile industry. The Among-us installation can be admired in hall 12.
