Hot Tools is first a workshop before being an exhibition. It presents the researches of the students of ECAL in their 2nd year of Master in Design under the direction of Alexis Georgacopoulos. The objective was to work out with Ronan Bouroullec and the glass blower Matteo Gonet based near Basel for a couple of days a series of new tools, moulds and processes applied to blown glass. The results are revealed in a video which was displayed at the ECAL show in Milan, via dell’ Orso in April.  Discover it right away. It’s long but always exciting! Click here
