The Taiwanese design brand Yii, headed by creative director Gijs Bakker, continues to translate the crafts and traditions of its country into the language of contemporary design. This year, Yii presents in Milan a new way to express the culture of Taiwan: through its everyday life. Recognizable elements of daily street rituals are interpreted as design objects and refined with skilled crafts techniques.
