Jardin de Lumières by Maison Christian Lacroix & Forestier Paris
Founded in 1987, Fashion house Maison Christian Lacroix continues to explore new outfits for entertainment; collaborating this year with lighting company Forestier to dress an exclusive luminaire collection: Frondaison chandeliers, Jeune Pousse bedside-table lmaps, Branchages and Arbuste wall tilted sconces. All are dressed in Christian Lacroix textiles but edited by Designers Guild – printed in leaves and rope prints. This collaboration allows for an exotic touch to any classic fashion interior. Each object consists of a plant shade structure placed on metal tubes; a collection at the intersection of craft and design.
” We had fun inventing these lights object vegetable evocations, but with resolutely contemporary lines. ” – Sacha Walckhoff, Creative director (Christian Lacroix)
