“In my work, the object is more important than the context. The design shows no trace of the thinking and the making. The creation should represent a whole.”

Dutch designer Aldo Bakker  guest edited for TLmag issue #17 with a portfolio spread of his designs, an interview and he also took care of our chapter pages. Some of these results you can see below.

In Milan he will present a new series of objects made of wood, porcelain and for the first time also items made of stone.
This exhibition ”It is happening at LAP!”, hosted by Lambretto Art Project – Observatory of the contemporary showroom! On the LAP’s location, projects of Design Academy Eindhoven, Z33 – House for Contemporary Art, HAN Gallery, Chi ha paura…? and Valerie Traan gallery, will be also shown.

You can read and experience the full interview, portfolio and chapter-pages in TLmag 17.
