Tony Ward Couture Fall Winter 15/16
Presented on 6 July at L’Oratoire du Louvre in Paris, Tony Ward’s Fall Winter 2015/16 collection is inspired by minerals in geometric shapes, colours and textures. With a skillful assembly of new techniques, Ward takes us to the centre of the Earth, where an ultra-meticulous attention recreated crystalline shapes that take millennia to form. Each garment sheds light on all the poetry and sweetness nature offers us. Ward, the son of a well knownBeirut-based couturier, grew up in the effervescent world of Fashion. Surrounded by skilled craftsmen and perfectly cut suits, his father became famous among high society women. His talent, combined with the mastery of his family atelier, led him create Collections of Couture gowns.
