We are pleased to announce the release of our 2026 print edition: TLmag41: The Art of Collecting, guest edited by Simon de Pury. “Collecting is an incurable disease. There are as many different motivations for collecting as there are collections,” writes de Pury in his opening editorial to the 320 page issue. With interviews, articles and personal reflections by some of the world’s leading collectors, from costume jewellery to contemporary art,  TLmag41: The Art of Collecting, explores the many facets of this distinct obsession. The full list of contributors includes: Staffan Ahrenberg, Ron Arad, Takaya Awata, Francesco Bonami, Maurizio Cattelan, Rosey Chan, Michael Chow, Lise Coirier, Wim Delvoye, Tiqui Atencio Demirdijian, Kami Gahiga, Louisa Guinness, Kanika Kapoor, Christian Levett, Daniella Luxembourg, Marianne Mathieu, Fabrizio Moretti, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Clio Peppiatt, Michael Peppiatt, Diana Widmaier Picasso, Jean Pigozzi, Joachim Pissaro, Marc Quinn, Fernando Botero Quintana, Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Nick Rhodes, Don & Mera Rubell, Laurent Reiss, Mario Testino, Edmund de Waal

On February 13th, from 11:30-13:00, TLmag’s Editor-in-Chief, Lise Coirier and Simon de Pury will present the new issue and talk about the Art of Collecting, as part of NOMAD design fair’s VIP programming in St. Moritz. The event will take place at the Casa Giorgio Armani and has limited seating. Please email [email protected] to reserve. Future launch events will be at Luxembourg + Co Gallery in London and Cahiers d’Art in Paris. More information to follow.

As de Pury writes: “The main engines in my own life are passion and curiosity. This issue allows me to share insights into many fields that fascinate me such as art, photography, architecture, music, cinema, design, fashion, food and sport. I do hope that the readers of this issue will derive at least a fraction of the pleasure I have had in putting it together.”
