Åsa Jungnelius
Sporting a boyish haircut which perfectly accentuates her femininity, Åsa Jungnelius, one of a rare breed of female glassblowers, has a habit of masterfully exploring issues of gender and social image. Her creations are unmistakable among a thousand others: XXL lipstick, golden vagina, pink tinted amphora covered with rabbit skin… Her credo, glass expresses opinion.
