Hotel Essentialsby Maria Jeglińska
Autor Rooms presents Hotel Essentials by Maria Jeglińska, a new collection of eight custom-designed objects. The objects are symbols of hospitality. They are small tactile and visual pleasures for the mind and the body.
Exclusively designed in Poland, the collection features a set of three free-standing mirrors The Faces of Autor, a carafe and a glass set, a tray, a doorknob, a shelf and a wall-mounted mirror. Each object is a vocabulary of simple, geometric shapes. Jeglińska crafted these objects with a sensitivity for how guests and visitors interact with the hotel space for limited amounts of time.
The materials of cooper, glass and wood were selected for their warmth and relation to space. The objects convey a deep sensory sensation. Ultimately these faces, objects and materials are there to provide the visitor with simple joys.
Autor Rooms Hotel in Warsaw pairs traditional architectural elements created and managed by designers and authors that deeply love their city.
The Hotel Essentials collection will be available in April on Autor Rooms’ online store.
