Anemone is the second project by Claesson Koivisto Rune for the Stockholm based Gallery Pascale (the first being the aluminium bracelet Eve, presented in 2008). The Anemone vases are mouth blown in crystal glass into one and the same mould. Once released from the mould and cooled, the glass is cut at three different levels, creating vases of different heights for different flowers and bouquets. Added to this variation in size and form during production is molten glass of different colours.

CKR’s Anemone is exhibited in Gallery Pascale from Thursday February 10 – March 19.
