To draw the plans for the Silver Sands hotel on the Caribbean island of Grenada, the architects at AW2 brought together a number of ideas, indispensable elements for the success of their design: authenticity, nature, luxury and modernity.

The resulting architecture is a discreet yet luxurious resort that opens onto a dream landscape while still protecting the visitors’ privacy. The emphasis placed on nature, integrated in an organic way into an archi- tecture that follows contemporary lines and, revealed by the flat roofs and the rhythm of the facades, exudes a feeling of true calmness. The architectural elements frame the landscape and create perspectives that reveal the magic of the place.
