After the success of the second edition Ventura Future last year at Salone del Mobile ,Ventura Projects is once more gearing up for its third edition of their newest event. Welcoming over 90,000 visits, 83 exhibitors and 18 academies last year, the third edition of Ventura Future will take place from 21 to 26 April 2020 – and they’re looking for participants!

This youngest member of the Ventura exhibition series was added to the family with the desire to explore how designers can and are affecting the future. Exploring their visions, ideas, innovative concepts and pioneering research the exhibition gathers a range of participants including designers, design studios, institutions, academies, companies and labels. For the third editions of Ventura Future, Ventura will be focusing on process-driven concepts within the current and future developments in the field of design — specifically in the fields of: Pioneering design research, projects and prototypes; Multidisciplinary design; Circular and sustainable design; Social and service design; Architectural design; Product design; Modern and neo-traditional craftsmanship.

Located in the ex-Ansaldo former industrial area, BASE Milano is a cultural project aimed at promoting innovation, life-long learning and cross contamination in the creative industries. The industrial complex consists of 12.000 square meters divided over four areas, and Ventura Future will occupy around 3500 of those square meters, distributed over two floors.

To fill this space, Ventura Projects has extended its application deadline for a final time, and is looking for innovative and forward-thinking projects that aim to better the world and its future.  During their first Call for Entries, Ventura Projects received applications from over 30 countries and have already assigned 70% of the available spaces. The applications will be open until January 12, 2020, so don’t lose time and apply now for the last available spots!
