The Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design (HKAoD) is proud to showcase the works of some Hong Kong’s best design talent at Design September 2013. In developing their works, the designers attempt to breach the boundaries of gender stereotypes by creating a collection that will redefine the closets and lifestyles of today’s society. This capsule collection combines bold thoughts, fluid lines, explosive colors, a mix and merge of textures and shapes, visual arts and design. From hats to accessories, clothing to books and multimedia design, this exhibition specially created for ta’ ta’ ta’ promises to intrigue and fascinate her, him and all.

HONG KONG AMBASSADORS OF DESIGN 

Established in 2006, Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design (HKAoD) was incorporated with the aim to stimulate exchange between the local and international design community and the public, through a series of imaginative and unconventional initiatives, channeling creative energies from both street and studio.

On Friday, 20 September, there will be a special one night only cocktail event hosted by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Brussels. It will feature a fashion presentation and dance performance in collaboration with Pierre Larauza and Emmauelle Vincent of t.r.a.n.s.i.t.s.c.a.pe. This contemporary dance performance reinforces the spirit of cross border cultural and ideas exchange.
