Last weekend, Robert Wilson welcomed over 1,200 guests to the 24th Annual Watermill Center Summer Benefit, raising funds for the institution’s year-round programming. The event brought the creative and philanthropic worlds together for a night of performances, installations; an auction; dinner and dancing. Aptly, this year’s edition had a strong political focus.

Narrative-based design duo Studio Swine collaborates with Swedish fashion brand Cos to mount New Spring; an interactive installation that expressed the ephemerality of changing seasons by emitting fragrances filled balls from a tree-like tube structure.

Matylda Krzykowski returns to Chamber gallery for the third instalment of her four-part exhibition series. Continuing her exploration of Richard Hamilton’s seminal collage, Just what is it that makes today’s homes so different, so appealing?, the curator dedicates this show to the exploration of desire.
