Spazio Nobile Gallery

Here, TLmag highlights the most recent exhibitions and artists featured at our sister gallery Spazio Nobile.

Spazio Nobile presents ‘Threads of Nature’, a group exhibition exploring and reflecting upon interactions between humans and the natural environment. Arranged together, the works provide a means of reconnection to the natural world; a visual and tactile reforming of the elements.

Kunsthalle Seinäjoki presents Calix by Päivi Rintaniemi. In this solo exhibition, the Finnish artist shows a selection of her monolithic, hand-built ceramic sculptures and delicate supporting works.

With a focus on rare materials and a certain savoir-faire, the Paris based duo Garnier & Linker created the Diatomée Vases. The inspiration was formed by light-absorbing molecules, indeed, the vases gently illuminate a host of colors and veins.

Ernst Gamperl

Since winning the LOEWE Craft Prize in 2017, Ernst Gamperl has been pursuing more essential & archaic formats. ‘Tree of Life’ is his once-in-a-lifetime project, as he transforms a huge 230-year-old oak tree into 67 wrought vessels that embody his excellence in woodturning and experimental patinas.

With a shared obsession with the organic and an instinctive relationship with raw material, the two distinct practices of designer Lionel Jadot and photographer Serge Leblon are united under a common thread in Spazio Nobile Gallery’s latest exhibition.

For over a decade, Belgian designer Lucile Soufflet has been inspired by the individual, a sense of fun, and a rational perspective play. Recently, Spazio Nobile Gallery commissioned her to design a piece of furniture for the gallery: a metal circular bench has now taken place in the back of the garden, in dialogue with the existing furniture, and inaugurating the outdoor collection of the gallery.
