Focus on Venice

Between May 4-30, 2026, the Palazzo Nani Bernardo presents Objects of Desire, an exhibition of work by Marie-Dominique Saramito installed in the Porcelain room of the historic palazzo in Venice.

From April 25 through October 19, 2026, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection presents Peggy Guggenheim in London: The Making of a Collector, the first large-scale museum exhibition dedicated to Peggy Guggenheim’s years in London and her first gallery, Guggenheim Jeune.

An illuminating series of four exhibitions now on view at the Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana highlight the depth of the Pinault Collection and offers an extensive look at four leading contemporary artists.

The Fondazione Dries Van Noten opens its inaugural exhibition “The Only True Protest is Beauty”, on April 25th. Curated by Dries Van Noten with Geert Bruloot, the presentation explores craftsmanship as a language of expression and a conduit for emotion. Marie Honnay spoke to the designer ahead of the event.

The 18th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice opened on May 20th and runs through November 26, 2023. Curated by Lesley Lokko, the sweeping exhibition is titled “The Laboratory of the Future”.
